摘要
对装配式建筑预制混凝土墙板安装工艺现状、安装测量工具进行概述,对现有预制墙板调垂作业方式的优缺点进行了分析,基于现存问题对墙板调垂的传统方式进行技术革新,研发了预制墙板智能调垂装置,并对其组成部分、核心原理、技术特点进行了介绍,为预制墙板调垂作业提供了全新的技术手段。
The installation technology status and installation measurement tools of prefabricated building precast concrete wallboard are summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing precast wallboard vertical adjustment operation mode are analyzed.Based on the existing problems,the traditional method of wall panel sag adjustment is innovated,the intelligent sag adjustment device of prefabricated wall panel is developed,and its components,core principles and technical characteristics are introduced.It provides a new technical means for the vertical adjustment of precast wallboard.
