摘要
目的根据YY 1621-2018《医用二氧化碳培养箱》,设计一种用于检测医用二氧化碳培养箱温度的装置。方法该检测装置由温度传感器、数据采集器、数据记录软件、电源模块组成,可用于检测医用二氧化碳培养箱的温度显示及控制性能。由于铂电阻温度传感器具有精度高、稳定性好的特点,该检测装置采用三线制、精度1/3B、温度范围为-50~100℃的Pt100铂电阻温度传感器作为核心检测组件。通过恒温水槽设置不同的温度条件,验证该检测装置的有效性。结果该检测装置的检测范围为0~100℃,所有通道的检测精度均可达到0.05℃。结论该检测装置的检测结果准确,可满足YY 1621-2018标准对温度的测试要求。
Objective A device for measuring the temperature of medical carbon dioxide incubator was designed in accordance with YY1621-2018 Medical carbon dioxide incubator.Methods The measuring device consists of temperature sensor,data collector,data recording software and power module and is used to test the temperature display and control performance of medical carbon dioxide incubator.Because the platinum resistance temperature sensor has the characteristics of high precision and good stability,the device adopts Pt100 platinum resistance temperature sensor with three-wire system,precision 1/3B and temperature range of-50~100℃as the core measurement component.The effectiveness of the device was verified by setting different temperature conditions for the constant temperature water tank.Results The measuring range of the device is 0~100℃,and the measuring precision of all channels can reach 0.05℃.Conclusion The measuring results of the device are accurate and can meet the requirements of temperature measurement in the standard of YY 1621-2018.
