摘要
研究旨在调查邯郸地区规模化牛场犊牛隐孢子虫感染情况,为该地区犊牛隐孢子虫的防治工作提供依据。试验从邯郸地区5个县(区)的牛场随机采集犊牛的新鲜粪便各80份,采用饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法收集卵囊,采用改良抗酸染色法染色,在400倍光学显微镜下进行观察。结果显示,邯郸地区成安县、魏县、临漳县以及邯山区、肥乡区犊牛隐孢子虫的感染率分别为7.50%、3.75%、6.25%、1.25%、10.00%,其中0~3月龄犊牛感染率高于4~6月龄犊牛感染率;通过形态学鉴定,感染虫种初步鉴定为微小隐孢子虫。研究表明,隐孢子虫总感染率为5.75%,以断奶前犊牛感染率最高为6.67%。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the infection of Cryptosporidium in calves in scale cattle farms in Handan,and to provide a basis for the prevention and control of Cryptosporidium in calves in the area.In the experiment,80 fresh feces of calves were randomly collected from cattle farms in five counties(districts)in Handan area.The oocysts were collected by floating method in saturated sucrose solution,stained by modified acid-fast staining method,and observed under a 400-fold optical microscope.The results showed that the infection rates of Cryptosporidium in Chengan County,Wei County,Linzhang County,Danshan District and Feixiang District in Handan were 7.50%,3.75%,6.25%,1.25%and 10.00%,respectively.Among them,the infection rate of calves aged 0~3 months was higher than that of calves aged 4~6 months.Through morphological identification,the infected species was preliminarily identified as Cryptosporidium parvum.The study indicates that the total infection rate of Cryptosporidium is 5.75%,and the highest infection rate is 6.67%in calves before weaning.
