摘要
为提高三代轮毂轴承旋压铆合有限元仿真分析效率,探讨质量放大系数对旋压铆合工艺的影响。通过控制质量放大系数的显式有限元方法对该工艺方法进行仿真,对比分析不同质量放大系数下小内圈的外径膨胀量和位移、翻边的外径差、铆装力、应力和总体载荷的变化,并与实际测得的数据进行对比。结果表明:合适的质量放大系数能够在一定程度上保证旋压铆合仿真的合理性,同时能够提高计算速度。研究结果为旋压铆合工艺研究提供参考。
In order to improve the efficiency of finite element method analysis for spinning riveting of the third generation hub bearing,the influence of mass scale factor on spinning riveting process was discussed.The simulation of the process method was car⁃ried out through explicit finite element method which controlled the mass scale factor;the changes of the outer radius expansion and displacement of the inner ring,the outer radius difference,flanging and riveting force,stress and total load under different mass sacle factors were compared and analyzed,and compared with the actual measured data.The results show that the appropriate mass scale factor can ensure the rationality of the spinning and riveting simulation and improve the calculation speed.The results provide reference for further research on spinning riveting process.
