Analysis of the consumption of 14⁃18 batches of medical materials supplied to the Chinese peacekeeping hospital in Lebanon using ABC analysis

摘要目的运用ABC分类法,统计与分析驻黎巴嫩中国维和医院第14~18批医疗队药品应用情况,为后续医疗队药品筹措工作提供科学依据。方法收集第14~18批驻黎巴嫩中国维和医院药品处方数据,采用ABC法对各类药品的品种和使用数量进行统计分析,并重点对A类药品进行分析。结果在中国维和医院第14~18批医疗队所使用的药品中,A类药品(53.0±9.5)种,应用总量占比为70%,B类药品(59.4±8.5)种,应用总量占比为20%,C类药品(104.0±21.6)种,应用总量占比为10%。5批次间A、B、C各类药品品种数及用量占比情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A类药品集中于皮肤及骨关节用药、解热镇痛抗炎类药物、抗感染药物、消化系统药物及麻醉药品等。结论通过ABC法分析驻黎巴嫩中国维和医院第14~18批医疗队各任务期内用药情况,能够为后续批次维和医疗队筹措药品的品种和数量提供参考,从而更加有效地筹备药品,减少药品的浪费,节约经费。 Objective To statistically analyze the consumption of 14⁃18 batches of drugs supplied to the Chinese peacekeep⁃ing hospital in Lebanon by using ABC analysis,so as to provide scientific evidence for subsequent raising of drugs for future missions.Methods The drug prescription data of 14⁃18 batches of drugs supplied to the Chinese peacekeeping hospital in Lebanon were col⁃lected,and the types and amounts of various drugs were analyzed statistically by the ABC method,with special emphasis on the type A drugs.Results Of the 14⁃18 batches of drugs,(53.0±9.5)were of type A drugs,accounting for 70%of the total amount consumed;(59.4±8.5)were of type B drugs,accounting for 20%of the total amount used;(104.0±21.6)were of type C drugs,accounting for 10%.No statistical significances could be found in the number of drugs and consumption of drug types A,B and C,when comparisons were made between the batches(P>0.05).Type A drugs are chiefly:the drugs used for treatment of skin and joint disorders;anti⁃pyretic,analgesic and anti⁃inflammatory drugs;anti⁃infective drugs;digestive system drugs and narcotic drugs.Conclusion Analysis of drug consumption by the ABC method in the 14⁃18 batches of drugs supplied to the Chinese peacekeeping hospital in Lebanon dur⁃ing various missions could provide reference for subsequent raising of the types and amounts of drugs in future missions,thus facilitat⁃ing raising of drugs,reduce drug waste and save peacekeeping costs.
