摘要
研究高压开关常用O形橡胶圈在T形槽和矩形槽气体密封结构的工作受力变形、密封效果及可靠性。利用数值模拟软件建立高压开关常用O形橡胶圈在T形槽和矩形槽气体密封结构模型,对比相同O形橡胶圈在两种气体密封结构,相同压缩率、相同气体压力的变形及受力情况。O形橡胶圈在矩形槽气体密封结构的应力、应变集中在中心区域,而其在T形槽气体密封结构的应力、应变不集中在中心区域。O形橡胶圈的实际缺陷多分布在中心区域,T形槽气体密封结构可以避免O形橡胶圈的应力、应变集中在中心区域。虽然矩形槽气体密封结构具有易加工、易装配的特性,但为了提高O形橡胶圈的寿命,提高产品密封可靠性,推荐高压开关使用T形槽气体密封结构。
The stress deformation,sealing effect & reliability of commonly used O-ring with T-groove & rectangular groove gas sealing structure for high voltage switchgear is studied. The numerical simulation software is used to set up the O-ring of high voltage switchgear in the T-groove & rectangular groove gas sealing structure. The deformation and stress of the same O-ring is compared at two kinds of gas sealing structure,same compression rate and the same gas pressure. The stress and strain of O-ring in T-groove gas sealing structure is not concentrated in the central area but that in the rectangular groove gas sealing structure is concentrated in the central area. The actual defects of O-ring is mostly distributed in the central area.The T-groove gas sealing structure can prevent the stress and strain of the O-ring from concentrating in the central area. Although the rectangular groove gas sealing structure has such features as easy processing and assembly,yet T-groove gas sealing structure is recommended for high voltage switchgear in purpose of improving the life of the O-ring and sealing reliability of the product.
