基于DEA-Malmquist模型的“一带一路”沿线地区物流效率评价 被引量:5

Evaluation on Logistics Efficiency in“the Belt and Road”Area Based on DEA-Malmquist Model

摘要 以2010—2020年“一带一路”沿线17个省(市、自治区)的面板数据为样本,综合运用DEA模型和Malmquist指数,分析“一带一路”沿线地区的物流综合效率在时间和空间上的变化规律.研究表明:从静态视角看,在观测期内,“一带一路”沿线地区的物流综合效率整体偏低,且在空间上呈西北地区>东部沿海>东北地区>西南地区的分布态势;从动态视角看,“一带一路”沿线各省份的物流效率总体呈波动上升趋势,且东南地区增长较快,西北地区增长较慢.因此,各地应抓住“一带一路”倡议契机,根据当地情况有针对性地做好顶层设计,引导物流产业有序发展;在国家层面上,应加强区域协同,提高跨区域物流效率. Taking the panel data of 17 provinces(cities and autonomous regions)along“The Belt and Road”in 2010-2020 as samples,the DEA model and Malmquist index are used to analyze the temporal and spatial changes of comprehensive Logistics efficiency and total factor productivity in the area along the belt.The study shows that areas along“the Belt and Road”has a low overall logistics efficiency in the static perspective,and it shows the distribution trend of Northwest>East>Northeast>Southeast.From a dynamic perspective,the logistics efficiency has a rising trend along the areas of“the Belt and Road”,and show a relatively fast growth pattern in the southeast and slower growth pattern in the northwest.Therefore,“the one belt,one road”initiative should be firmly followed by local government,and top-level design should be done according to local conditions to guide the orderly development of the logistics industry.At the national level,regional coordination should be strengthened to achieve cross regional logistics and improve efficiency.
