摘要
机体氧化与抗氧化系统失衡导致氧化应激,产生细胞毒性,引起多种疾病。五味子乙素(γ-Schizandrin B,Sch B)是中药北五味子中的一种具有高抗氧化效能的成分,现已被证明可为实验动物的各种器官组织提供广泛的保护作用以抵抗氧化损伤,为防治各种氧化应激相关疾病提供了研究前景。本研究就五味子乙素抗氧化应激损伤作用及其相关作用机制的研究进展进行综述为其深入研究和开发提供参考依据。
The imbalance of oxidation and anti-oxidation system in the body leads to oxidative stress,cytotoxicity and various diseases.Schisandrin B(γ-Schizandrin B,Sch B)is an ingredient with high antioxidant effect in Schisandra chinensis,which has been proved to provide extensive protection for various organs and tissues of experimental animals against oxidative damage,which provides a research prospect for prevention and treatment of various diseases related to oxidative stress.This article reviews the research progress on on the antioxidative stress injury effects of Schizandrin B and its possible action mechanism,so as to provide reference for its further research and development.
