摘要
目的探讨案例导入式教学(CBL)联合Mini-CEX在普通外科临床实习带教中的应用效果,以期从整体上提高普外科临床实践教学的质量和效果。方法80名在普通外科临床实习的学生随机分为传统带教组和CBL+Mini-CEX组各40名,比较2组实习生出科考试成绩、Mini-CEX评分及临床教学效果评价。结果CBL+Mini-CEX组出科考试理论成绩(86.37±3.67)分明显高于传统带教组(75.85±4.19)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.92,P<0.01);CBL+Mini-CEX组临床实践操作成绩(89.85±2.43)分高于传统带教组(80.93±3.61)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.66,P<0.01)。CBL+Mini-CEX组Mini-CEX各项评分均高于传统带教组(P<0.01)。通过教学效果调查问卷,CBL+Mini-CEX组各项效果评估得分均优于传统带教组(P<0.01)。结论CBL+Mini-CEX在普通外科临床实习带教中提高学生临床思维与实践能力效果显著,能够作为一种新的临床教学模式。
Objective To explore the application effect of case-based teaching(CBL)combined with Mini-CEX in clinical practice teaching of general surgery,in order to improve the quality and effect of clinical practice teaching of general surgery as a whole.Methods A total of 80 students undergoing clinical practice in the general surgery department were randomized into traditional group and CBL+Mini-CEX group,with 40 students each.The graduation examination scores,mini CEX scores and clinical teaching effect evaluation of the two groups were compared.Results(1)Theoretical results of the CBL+Mini-CEX group(86.37±3.67)were significantly higher than those of the traditional group(75.85±4.19),with significant difference(t=4.92,P<0.01);the clinical practice score(89.85±2.43)was higher than that of the traditional group(80.93±3.61),with the significant difference(t=5.66,P<0.01);(2)all the average Mini-CEX scores of the CBL+Mini-CEX group were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.01);(3)through the teaching effect questionnaire,the evaluation scores of CBL+Mini-CEX group were better than those of the traditional group(P<0.01).Conclusion CBL combined with Mini-CEX in general surgery clinical practice teaching has a significant effect on improving students’clinical thinking and practical skills,which can be used as a new clinical teaching mode.
