摘要
牙轮钻头由3个牙掌焊接而成,然而焊接产生的变形对牙轮钻头的几何尺寸和性能有极大的影响。为了减小牙轮钻头牙掌焊接变形,建立了除工艺外2种焊接方案,利用ABAQUS有限元软件分析了3种焊接顺序对牙掌的残余应力和变形的影响,并计算了轴颈面中心点处的偏移量。分析结果表明:先焊接水平焊缝的方案二所产生的应力幅值相对最小,分布区域较小,而先焊接所有第1层螺纹焊缝和外圆焊缝的方案一表现出更大的应力幅值和分布面积;在焊接变形方面,方案一轴颈面中心点偏移量有所增加,而方案二优化明显,变形减小了35%。所得结论有助于在钻头焊接过程中准确控制钻头几何参数。
The cone bit is formed by welding of 3 bit legs,but he deformation caused by welding has a great influence on the geometry and performance of the cone bit.In order to optimize the welding deformation of bit leg,two kinds of welding schemes except the process were established,and the ABAQUS finite element software was used to analyze the influence of 3 welding sequences on the residual stress and deformation of the bit leg and calculate the offset at the center point of the journal surface.The analysis results show that the stress amplitude generated by the second scheme of first welding side seam is relatively minimum and the distribution area is small,while the first scheme of first welding all the first layer of thread weld and excircle weld shows larger stress amplitude and distribution area;in terms of welding deformation,the offset of the center point at journal surface of the first scheme increases,while the second scheme is obviously optimized,and the deformation is reduced by 35%.The conclusions are helpful to accurately control the geometric parameters of the bit during welding.
