摘要
为分析蒙脱土改性沥青抗老化性能,首先制备不同季铵盐改性有机蒙脱土,分析其层间结构,选取层间间距较大的双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵蒙脱土(DOAC/OMMT)和钠基蒙脱土(Na-MMT)制备改性沥青,并进行短期和长期老化;采用沥青3大指标试验、动态剪切流变试验(DSR)和沥青4组分试验,分析改性沥青热氧老化前后基本物理性能、流变性能以及化学组分的变化。结果表明:蒙脱土改性可增强沥青的抗永久变形和耐老化性能,有机蒙脱土的增强效果较优;沥青中轻质组分与蒙脱土的插层作用、蒙脱土对沥青中氧气扩散的阻隔、沥青与蒙脱土间的相互作用增强了改性沥青抗热氧老化性能。
In order to analyze the aging resistance of montmorillonite modified asphalt,organic montmorillonite modified by different quaternary ammonium salts is prepared,and its interlayer structure is analyzed.Organic montmorillonite modified by dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride with large interlayer spacing(DOAC/OMMT)and sodium montmorillonite(Na-MMT)are selected to prepare modified asphalt,and short-term aging and long-term aging are carried out respectively.The basic physical properties,rheological properties and chemical components of modified asphalt before and after thermal oxygen aging are analyzed and evaluated by asphalt three index test,dynamic shear rheological test(DSR)and asphalt four-component test.The results show that the modification of montmorillonite can enhance the rutting resistance and aging resistance of asphalt,and the strengthening effect of organic montmorillonite is better.The thermal oxygen aging resistance of modified asphalt is enhanced by the intercalation of light components in asphalt with montmorillonite,the barrier of montmorillonite to oxygen diffusion in asphalt and the interaction between asphalt and montmorillonite.
