摘要 从目前时代背景对工程教育发展的需求出发,分析了目前我校环境生态工程专业人才培养存在的问题及建设新人才培养方案的迫切性。CDIO代表构思(Conceive)、设计(Design)、实现(Implement)和运作(Operate),CDIO人才培养模式将工程毕业生的能力分为工程基础知识、个人能力、人际团队能力和工程系统能力四个层面。基于CDIO理论从环境生态工程专业课程体系建构、教学模式、方法建构、实践教学体系建构及教学评价体系四个方面进行阐述,以期为我校及其他高校该专业人才培养模式的修订提供参考依据。 Starting from the demands for engineering education development under the era background,we analyzed the problems faced by the professional personnel training for environmental ecological engineering in our university as well as the urgency to establish new personnel training schemes.The Conceive,Design,Implement and Operate(CDIO)personnel training pattern divides the capabilities of engineering graduates into four levels:elementary knowledge of engineering,personal capability,interpersonal team capability,and engineering system capability.Based on the theories of CDIO,the analyses were elaborated from five aspects,including the curriculum construction of environmental ecological engineering,education modes,method construction,practical teaching system construction,and teaching evaluation system.The findings were aimed to offer some reference for reforms of personnel training modes in this major of our university and other colleges and universities.
