摘要
为了充分挖掘电力业务系统中更广泛的数据价值,建立更完善的综合评估体系和实时动态的评估模型,从而实现更精准的输电设备状态检修模式,本文以电力业务系统中多来源的数据信息为依据,以输变电设备的试验数据、巡视数据、监测数据为对象,在考虑数据的时段变化特征的基础上建立量化指标,从而提出计及多源数据价值的三层级综合评价指标体系;为了兼顾状态评估过程中不同设备间的物理量数量和性质差异,考虑设备对象的物理量变化和指标的数量变化两大变化特征,通过分层级的动态权重分配,建立了输电设备的动态评估模型;最后采用属性区间识别方法从单指标属性测度、多指标综合属性测度、属性识别的步骤进行设备状态评估,算例分析验证了该方法的可行性。
In order to fully excavate the broader data value in power business system,establish a better comprehensive evaluation system and real-time dynamic evaluation model,so as to realize a more accurate condition based maintenance mode of transmission equipment,based on the multi-source data information in the power business system,taking the test data,patrol data and monitoring data of power transmission and transformation equipment as the object,this paper establishes quantitative indicators on the basis of considering the time variation characteristics of data,and puts forward a three-level comprehensive evaluation index system considering the value of multi-source data.In order to take into account the differences of physical quantities and properties between different equipment in the process of condition assessment,and to consider the two characteristics of physical quantities change and the number change of indexes of equipment objects,the dynamic weight distribution is carried out at different levels,the dynamic evaluation model of transmission equipment is established.Finally,the equipment condition is evaluated by using attribute interval recognition method from single attribute measure,multi-attribute comprehensive attribute measure and attribute recognition,the feasibility of the method is verified by an example.
