摘要
目的探讨研究α-硫辛酸、甲钴胺、前列地尔联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床治疗效果。方法于2019年1月—2020年1月选取该院收治的80例DPN患者为研究对象,以治疗方法差异性分为两组,其中40例患者采取甲钴胺+前列地尔治疗,纳入对照组;40例患者采取α-硫辛酸+甲钴胺+前列地尔治疗,纳入观察组,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生存质量评分均高于对照组,视觉疼痛评分(VAS)、神经自觉症状问卷表(TSS)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清丙二醛(MDA)低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论α-硫辛酸、甲钴胺、前列地尔联合治疗DPN,不仅能提高患者治疗有效率,还有利于改善其临床症状和降低氧化应激反应,减轻机体疼痛,是提高患者生存质量的有效方案。
Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of α-lipoic acid, mecobalamin and alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods A total of 80 DPN patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into two groups according to the difference of treatment methods. Among them, 40 patients were treated with mecobalamin + alprostadil and included in the control group. 40 patients were treated with α-lipoic acid + mecobalamin + alprostadil and included in the observation group, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than 72.50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The quality of life scores of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group, and the visual pain score(VAS) and neuro-consciousness questionnaire(TSS) were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment, the observation group’s serum malondialdehyde(MDA) was lower than that of the control group, and the superoxide dismutase(SOD) was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of α-lipoic acid, mecobalamin, and alprostadil in the treatment of DPN can not only improve the treatment efficiency of patients, but also help improve their clinical symptoms, reduce oxidative stress, and reduce body pain. It is effective in improving the quality of life of patients plan.
