摘要
柴胡疏肝散由四逆散去枳实,加陈皮、枳壳、香附、川芎而成,具有疏肝行气、活血止痛功效。方中柴胡、白芍、枳壳、香附均具有一定的抗抑郁作用,以此四味药合用,作为柴胡疏肝散精简方,用于干预抑郁样大鼠,发现其可通过多种途径,有效改善抑郁状态。但仍存在以下不足:临床方面,医者用药多凭临床经验且药量不固定,无法量化亦难以重复验证;基础方面,对治疗是否有效的评估大多依据患者自我反映,评估量表亦容易受到医者主观引导,缺少具体客观指标。今后,应加强中药抗抑郁有效成分的研究,并将有效成分准确量化。
Bupleurum Liver-Soothing Powder is composed of Frigid Extremities Powder removing Zhishi(Fructus Aurantii Immaturus) but plus Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae),Zhiqiao(Fructus Aurantii),Xiangfu(Rhizoma Cyperi) and Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong).It has the effects of soothing the liver,moving qi promoting blood circulation and relieving pain.In this formula,Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri),Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Zhiqiao(Fructus Aurantii),and Xiangfu(Rhizoma Cyperi) all have certain anti-depressant effects.Combined with these four herbs,the simplified formula of Bupleurum Liver-Soothing Powder is used to intervene in depression-like rats.It is found that it can effectively improve the state of depression through a variety of ways.However,there are still the following deficiencies:clinically,doctors use drugs mostly based on clinical experiences,and the dosage is not fixed,which cannot be quantified or verified repeatedly.In terms of foundation,the evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment is mostly based on the self reflection of patients,and the evaluation scale is also easy to be subjectively guided by doctors,lacking specific objective indicators.Therefore,in the future,it is necessary to strengthen the research of anti-depressant active components of Chinese medicinals and accurately quantify the active components.
