摘要
全面综述了国内外激光熔覆技术制备马氏体不锈钢涂层方面的研究进展,重点综述了激光熔覆技术及激光工艺参数、热处理参数、强化元素和添加物等因素对激光熔覆制备410、420、431、17-4PH马氏体不锈钢涂层组织与性能的影响。此外还提出了激光熔覆制备马氏体不锈钢涂层主要存在的问题和今后的发展方向。
This paper comprehensively introduces the research progress of laser cladding technology in the preparation of martensitic stainless steel coatings at home and abroad,and focuses on the effects of laser cladding technology and laser process parameters,heat treatment parameters,strengthening elements and additives on the microstructure and properties of 410,420,431 and 17-4PH martensitic stainless steel coatings prepared by laser cladding.In addition,the main existing problems and future development direction of martensitic stainless steel coating prepared by laser cladding are put forward.
