机床测头测量滞后时间补偿的应用研究

摘要 目前,随着高速高精加工的发展,使得提高机床测量精度已势在必行。针对触发式测头高速测量时发现的滞后时间问题,提出了一种补偿方法。根据高速I-O板卡反馈的时间戳信息,插值计算精确到微秒级的位置值;并缓存触碰前轴的反馈脉冲增量进行补偿。实验发现:补偿前随着进给速度增大,位置偏差增大,约0.05~0.35 mm,对应滞后时间为8~10个插补周期;补偿后偏差接近0,对应不到1个周期,从而显著降低了测头测量滞后时间,提高了机床测量精度。 At present,with the development of high-speed and high-precision machining,it is imperative to improve the measuring accuracy of machine tools.A compensation method is proposed to solve the problem of delay time found in high-speed measuring with touch trigger probe.According to the timestamp message fed back by the high-speed I-O board,the position value accurate to microsecond level is calculated by interpolation.And the axial feedback pulse increment before touching are buffered for compensation.It is found that the position deviation increases with the increase of feed speed before compensation,which is about 0.05~0.35 mm,and the corresponding delay time is 8~10 interpolation period.After compensation,the deviation is close to 0,which corresponds to less than one period,thus significantly reducing the measuring delay time of the probe and improving the measuring accuracy of the machine tool.
