摘要
文章总结了孙宏新主任医师治疗肺癌合并肺部感染的临证经验。孙老师认为肺癌合并肺部感染多见于痰热蕴肺之证,病因病机以正虚为本,痰热为标,属本虚标实之证。运用宣降结合,急则治标,辅以抗癌解毒之法。临证中孙老师常用自拟方二金合欢皮汤加减治疗,以清热化痰、理气止咳为主要治则,兼抗癌解毒补虚。效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
The clinical experience of Chief Physician SUN Hongxin in treating lung cancer plus pulmonary infection was summarized.Mr.SUN believes that lung cancer plus pulmonary infection is mostly manifested as a syndrome of phlegm-heat accumulation in the lung.The etiology and pathogenesis is mainly insufficiency body resistance,and is marked by phlegm-heat,which belongs to the syndrome of insufficiency body resistibility and excessive pathogens.The combination of facilitating and sedimentation,emergency treatment for surface symptoms,supplemented by anti-cancer and detoxification treatments were applied in clinical practice.Mr.SUN often applys the Erjin Hehuanpi decoction(二金合欢皮汤)in treating lung cancer plus pulmonary infection.The clearing heat and resolving phlegm,regulating Qi(气)and relieving cough therapy is the main treatment,supplemented by anti-cancer,detoxification,and invigorating deficiency.The effect is remarkable,and it is worthy of clinical application.
