摘要
目的观察雷火灸联合清肺排毒汤治疗临床症状符合小儿寒湿闭肺证新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的临床疗效。方法选取2020年2-9月福州市中医院收治的临床症状符合寒湿闭肺证COVID-19患儿60例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组予以清肺排毒汤治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上予以雷火灸治疗。比较2组患儿临床疗效、发热、咳嗽咯痰消失率,治疗前后中医证候积分及免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)水平。结果观察组患儿临床总有效率高于对照组(83.33%vs.60.00%,P<0.05);观察组患儿咳嗽咯痰消失率高于对照组(P<0.05),2组患儿发热消失率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患儿中医证候积分低于治疗前,IgG、IgA、IgM水平高于治疗前,且观察组降低/升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论雷火灸联合清肺排毒汤治疗临床症状符合小儿寒湿闭肺证COVID-19患儿可有效增强疗效,缓解患儿临床症状,提高免疫球蛋白水平。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of thunder fire moxibustion combined with Qingfeipaidu decoction in the treatment of clinical symptoms in line with new type coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)with cold-dampness-closed lung syndrome in children.Methods A total of 60 children with cold-dampness-closed lung syndrome COVID-19 who were admitted to Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February to September 2020 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Qingfeipaidu decoction,and the observation group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,fever,cough and sputum disappearance rate,TCM syndrome scores and immunoglobulin(IgG,IgA,IgM)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(83.33%vs.60.00%,P<0.05);The disappearance rate of cough and expectoration in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the disappearance rate of fever between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than before treatment,IgG,IgA and IgM were higher than before treatment,and the decrease/increasing range of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion combined with Qingfeipaidu decoction can effectively enhance the curative effect in children with COVID-19 with clinical symptoms consistent with cold-dampness-closed lung syndrome,relieve the children's clinical symptoms,and increase the level of immune globulin.
