摘要
目的:探讨功能性鼻内镜手术九步法标准化治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:选取80例慢性鼻窦炎患者,均接受功能性鼻内镜手术九步法标准化治疗,对临床疗效进行观察,并对并发症进行记录。结果:术后6个月,80例患者中有39例病情完全控制,37例病情部分控制,仅4例病情未控制,临床总有效率95.0%。术后6个月,患者的Lund-Mackay评分、Lund-Kennedy评分、症状VAS评分、SNOT-20评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。80例患者中发生并发症9例(11.25%)。结论:对慢性鼻窦炎患者采用功能性鼻内镜手术九步法标准化治疗临床疗效显著,并发症少。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of nine step standardized treatment of chronic sinusitis by functional endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods:80 patients with chronic sinusitis were treated with nine-step standardized treatment of functional endoscopic sinus surgery.The clinical efficacy was observed and the complications were recorded.Results:six months after operation,of the 80 patients,39 cases were completely controlled,37 cases were partially controlled,and only 4 cases were not controlled.The total clinical effective rate was 95.0%.Six months after operation,the Lund Mackay score,Lund Kennedy score,symptom VAS score and SNOT-20 score were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05).Complications occurred in 9 of the 80 patients(11.25%).Conclusion:the nine step standardized treatment of functional endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with chronic sinusitis has significant clinical effect and less complications.
