摘要
以贵州省黔南州12个县(市)作为研究对象,基于县域经济发展的三个广义指标构建县域经济综合评价体系,运用熵值法对经济发展质量进行量化考察,并运用变异系数法对各地区经济发展的差异性进行分析。结果表明,黔南州经济发展质量总体呈上升趋势,但不同地区存在差异;从不同指标层来看,经济规模和结构水平发展较好,而经济效益发展相对落后。从区域差异上来看,区域差距不断缩小,区域协同发展水平逐步提高。从政策层面来讲,县域经济的平衡发展不能只注重总量而忽略效益,提高经济效益才能更好地实现结构水平的优化,缩小区域差距。
This article is based on Qiannan Prefecture,Guizhou Province 12 Counties(cities)are used as the research object,based on the three broad indicators of county economic development to construct a comprehensive evaluation system of county economy,use the entropy method to quantify the quality of economic development,and use the coefficient of variation method to analyze the differences in the economic development of each region Perform analysis.The results show that the quality of Qiannan Prefecture’s economic development is generally on the rise,but there are differences in different regions;from the perspective of different index levels,the economic scale and structural level are developing well,while the economic benefit development is relatively lagging.From the perspective of regional differences,the regional gap has been narrowing,and the level of regional coordinated development has gradually improved.The policy enlightenment contained in this article is that the balanced development of the county economy should not only focus on the total amount but ignore the benefits.Only by improving economic benefits can we better achieve the optimization of the structural level and narrow the regional gap.
