摘要
通过分析渐开线花键拉刀普通磨削弊端、超声珩磨原理,对外圆超声珩磨装置进行设计研究并与普通磨削试验进行数据对比,最终得出外圆超声珩磨加工提高了拉刀表面质量,降低了表面粗糙度,延长了拉刀使用寿命,提高了企业生产效率。
By analyzing the disadvantages of ordinary grinding of involute spline broaches and the principle of ultrasonic honing,designing and studying the external ultrasonic honing device and comparing the data with the ordinary grinding test,it is finally concluded that the external ultrasonic honing process improves the surface quality of broaches,reduces the surface roughness,extends the life of broaches and improves the production efficiency of enterprises.
