摘要
总结国内外认知负荷理论在界面设计中的应用的研究脉络,了解该理论方向的进展与热点,并从中分析出未来的发展趋势。基于CiteSpace对相关文献数据进行运算,从发文量、国家、机构、作者、关键词等角度着手进行详细分析。认知负荷在界面设计中的应用研究发展整体向好,近五年尤其蓬勃。澳大利亚与美国学者发文、影响力较高。研究热点集中在理论、应用、评价指标与测量方法等方面。机构间合作不紧密、应用实践较少是现阶段研究的局限。本次研究对之前的研究历程进行分析总结并从学科交叉、通过前沿技术完善评价方法、拓宽研究范围三个角度对未来发展方向提出参考意见,对未来从事该方向研究的学者与机构有一定的启发。
Summarize the research context of the application of cognitive load theory in interface design at home and abroad,understand the progress and hot spots of this theory direction,and analyze the development trend in the future.Based on CiteSpace,relevant literature data were calculated and analyzed in detail from the perspectives of publication volume,country,institution,author and keywords.The research on the application of cognitive load in interface design is developing well,especially in the past five years.Australian and American scholars published papers with high influence.The research focuses on theory,application,evaluation index and measurement method.The limitations of current research are the ack of close cooperation between institutions and the lack of practical application.This study analyzes and summarizes the previous research process and puts forward some suggestions for the future development direction from three perspectives,namely,discipline crossing,improving evaluation methods through cuttingedge technologies and broadening the research scope,which will provide some inspiration for future scholars and institutions engaged in research in this direction.
