摘要
目的探讨针灸联合运动疗法在脑瘫患儿上肢肌张力康复治疗的应用效果。方法选择90例脑瘫患儿,按随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例,对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组以靳三针法针刺辅以运动疗法,比较2组治疗前后临床疗效,观测运动功能(GFMF)及上肢肌张力变化。结果治疗后,2组肌张力等级均降低,PDMS评分均提高,观察组肌张力等级降低幅度和PDMS评分治疗前后差值比对照组更大,观察组总有效率(93.33%,42/45)高于对照组(71.11%,32/45)(P<0.05)。结论针灸加运动疗法可改善脑瘫患儿肌张力,减轻肢体痉挛程度,增强患儿运动功能。
Objective To explore the application effect of acupuncture combined with the exercise therapy in the rehabilitation of upper limb muscle tone in children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 90 children with cerebral palsy were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received a routine rehabilitation therapy,while the observation group received Jin Sanzhen Acupuncture supplemented with an exercise therapy.The clinical effects of the two groups after treatment were compared,and the changes of the motor function (GFMF) and muscle tone of upper limbs were observed.Results After treatment,the muscle tone grades of the two groups were both decreased,and the PDMS scores were both improved.The difference of the muscle tone grade and PDMS score before and after treatment in the observation group was larger than that in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group (93.33%,42/45) was higher than that in the control group (71.11%,32/45) (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with the exercise therapy can improve the muscle tone of children with cerebral palsy,reduce the degree of limb spasm,and enhance the motor function.
