摘要
对惰性熔融-红外吸收光谱法测定铜基合金中氧氢含量进行了探讨和研究。通过样品表面清洁、称样量、助熔剂、释放功率等试验,确定最佳分析方案:称取0.3g样品,使用四氯化碳超声清洗5min,晾干后,于氧氮氢联合测定仪4.8kW分析功率测定,氧积分延迟时间选择为2s,氢积分延迟时间选择为0s。将该方法应用于试样中0.0010%~0.0400%氧及0.0001%~0.0200%氢的测定,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)小于10%,加标回收率在95%~105%之间。该方法操作简单快捷,适用于铜基合金中氧氢含量研究。
The determination of oxygen and hydrogen in copper based alloys by inert melting infrared absorption spectrometry was discussed and studied.Through the experiments of sample surface cleaning, sample weighing, flux and release power, the best analysis scheme is determined: weigh 0.3 g sample, use carbon tetrachloride for ultrasonic cleaning for 5 min, dry it, and analyze the power with 4.8 kW oxygen nitrogen hydrogen combined tester.The delay time of oxygen integration is 2 s and the delay time of hydrogen integration is 0 s.The method was applied to the determination of 0.001 0%~0.040 0%(mass fraction) oxygen and 0.000 1%~0.020 0%(mass fraction) hydrogen in samples.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11) was less than 10% and the recovery was between 95% and 105%.The method is simple and rapid, and is suitable for the study of oxygen and hydrogen content in copper based alloys.
