摘要
目的:探讨用首乌益智方联合针刺疗法治疗原发性面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年9月至2018年8月淄博市中西医结合医院康复科收治的90例原发性面肌痉挛患者为研究对象。采用随机数表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例患者。为治疗组患者联合应用首乌益智方和针刺疗法进行治疗,为对照组患者单独应用针刺疗法进行治疗,然后对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者治疗的总有效率为86.67%,对照组患者治疗的总有效率为75.56%。治疗组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用首乌益智方联合针刺疗法治疗原发性面肌痉挛可取得良好的临床效果。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of shouwu Yizhi Prescription combined with acupuncture therapy in the treatment of primary facial spasm.Methods:A total of 90 patients with primary hemifacial spasm admitted to Rehabilitation Department of Zibo Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from September 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into treatment group and control group with 45 patients in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with shouwu Yizhi formula and acupuncture therapy,and patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture therapy alone,and then compared the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results:The total effective rate was 86.67%in the treatment group and 75.56%in the control group.The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Shouwu Yizhi prescription combined with acupuncture therapy can achieve good clinical effect in the treatment of primary fa cial spasm.
