基于不同室外气候条件下蒸发冷却空调系统的性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 蒸发冷却空调系统的设计既要考虑室外气候条件的影响,同时也要适应不同建筑冷负荷变化.通过研究典型城市室外气候条件对建筑冷负荷、间接蒸发冷水机组出水温度、蒸发冷却空调制冷量的影响,提出蒸发冷却空调系统冷源选型、空调设备二次空气选用等设计要点.对比分析得到蒸发冷却空调系统制冷量并非随建筑冷负荷呈规律性变化,需考虑峰值负荷时蒸发冷却空调系统供冷能力不足的问题.此外,深入研究典型城市室外空气状态点的分布情况,提出不同工程应根据建筑冷负荷设置蒸发冷却空调系统的运行模式;建议干热气候区蒸发冷却空调系统设计应充分利用夜间自然通风及系统直接蒸发冷却供冷能力,降低部分负荷运行工况下冷水系统和风系统的运行能耗. The design of evaporative cooling air conditioning system should not only consider the influence of outdoor climate conditions, but also adapt to the change of cooling load of buildings. In this paper, the effects of typical cities climate conditions on building cooling load, indirect evaporative chiller outlet temperature and evaporative cooling air-conditioning capacity are studied respectively, and the design points such as the selection of cold source for evaporative cooling air conditioning system and the selection of secondary air for air conditioning equipment are proposed. By comparison, it is found that the cooling capacity of evaporative cooling air conditioning system does not change regularly with the cooling load of the building, and the problem of insufficient cooling capacity of evaporative cooling air conditioning system at peak load should be considered. In addition, the distribution of outdoor air state points in typical cities is deeply studied, and it is proposed that the operation mode of evaporative cooling air conditioning system should be set according to the building cooling load in different projects. It is suggested that the design of evaporative cooling air conditioning system in dry and hot climate zones should make full use of natural ventilation at night and direct evaporative cooling capacity of the system to reduce the energy consumption of the chilled water system and ventilation system under partial load operation conditions.
