摘要
目的探讨中医五音疗法联合快速康复护理在交叉韧带断裂患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析南昌市洪都中医院2019年9月至2020年9月收治的66例交叉韧带断裂患者的临床资料,采用归类法依据两组患者所采用的护理方式差异将其分为对照组(33例)与观察组(33例)。对照组采用快速康复护理,观察组采用快速康复护理联合中医五音疗法。比较两组患者干预前、术后当日及出院当日的Lysholm膝关节功能评分表(Lysholm)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果术后当日及出院当日,观察组的Lysholm评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6、12、24、48 h,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在快速康复护理的基础上联合中医五音疗法对交叉韧带断裂患者进行干预能够显著减轻手术疼痛,有利于促进膝关节功能的恢复。
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine pentatonic therapy combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with cruciate ligament rupture.Methods The clinical data of 66 patients with cruciate ligament rupture admitted to Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanchang from September 2019 to September 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the control group(33 cases)and the observation group(33 cases)according to the difference of nursing methods adopted by classification method.The control group adopted rapid rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group adopted rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine pentatonic therapy.The Lysholm knee score(Lysholm)and visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain were compared between the two groups before intervention,on the day after operation and on the day of discharge.Results The Lysholm score of the observation group on the day after operation and on the day of discharge were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group at 6,12,24,48 h after surgery were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of rapid rehabilitation nursing,combined with tradionl Chinese medicine pentatonic therapy for patients with cruciate ligament fracture intervention can significantly reduce the operation pain,it is conducive to promoting the recovery of knee joint function.
