摘要
论述了检验检测机构如何以风险思维开展样品管理工作。从抽样风险、接收风险、制备风险、储存风险、处置风险等方面识别了检验检测机构样品管理风险,采用工作危害分析法(JHA)对识别的风险进行分析与评价,计算风险指数,确定风险级别,并针对性提出控制措施,预防或减少样品管理风险,同时对风险控制措施实施效果跟踪评价;化风险为机遇,不断提升样品管理水平,为检验检测机构出具准确的检验数据提供坚实的保障。
This paper discussed how inspection and testing institutions carry out sample management with risk thinking.The sample management risks of inspection and testing institutions were identified from the aspects of sampling risk,receiving risk,preparation risk,storage risk,disposal risk and others,and the job hazard analysis method(JHA)was adopted to analyze and evaluate the identified risks,and the risk index was calculated,and the risk level was determined,and control measures were proposed in a targeted manner,and the sample management risks were prevented or reduced,at the same time,the implementation effect of risk control measures was tracked and evaluated.The risks were turned into opportunities,and the level of sample management was continuously improved,and it provided a solid guarantee for inspection and testing institutions to issue accurate inspection data.
