摘要
针对现阶段制造业发展特点及"双高计划"建设目标,为培养产业急需的高素质技术技能人才,以高职电气自动化技术专业为例,采用抽样、访问、问卷等调查方法并结合文献查询,对毕业生就业岗位、在校生期望就业岗位、教师期望学生就业岗位以及未来新兴岗位进行了调查,从而确定专业人才培养的目标岗位,为人才培养后续工作开展奠定扎实的基础。
To cultivate the high-quality technical and skilled talents that are urgently needed by the industry according to the development features of the manufacturing industry at the present stage and the construction goal of the "double high plan", the Electrical Automation Technology Major in higher vocational colleges is taken as an example in this thesis to carry out the research. Meanwhile, the methods such as sampling,interview, questionnaire and so on are adopted in this thesis to make the investigation on the employment posts of graduates and the expected employment posts of students in school, the expected students’ employment posts by teachers and the emerging posts in the future by combining with the method of literature query, so as to have a clear direction for the target posts for the cultivation of professional talents, and lay a solid foundation for the follow-up work of cultivating talents.
