摘要
建立和完善职业教育全过程纵向评价、全要素横向评价体系,是职业教育改革的重点。通过研究评价体系的理论基础,针对目前职业教育评价体系存在的多元能力指标和职业核心能力指标缺失的问题,提出以学生的成长引领和就业导向作为构建原则,从实践经验中总结出指标体系、评价流程、个人色彩评价量表的构建路径,为职业教育建立社会主义核心价值观引领的全过程全要素评价体系借鉴参考。
Establishing and improving the whole-process vertical evaluation and all-factor horizontal evaluation system of vocational education is the focus of vocational education reform. By studying the theoretical basis of the evaluation system and aiming at the lack of multiple ability indicators and vocational core ability indicators,this paper puts forward the construction principle of students’ growth guidance and employment guidance,summarizes the construction path of index system, evaluation process, operation mechanism and individual evaluation scale from practical experiences, which is a reference for vocational education to establish evaluation system led by the core values of Chinese socialism.
