摘要
目的系统评价小柴胡汤加减治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法计算机检索中英文数据库,收集小柴胡汤加减治疗抑郁症的随机对照试验文献,文献发表时间为建库至2021年4月14日。借助Cochrane reviewers Handbook 6.0软件进行文献质量评价,运用RevMan5.3软件进行数据处理和分析。结果本研究最终纳入9篇文献,涉及患者671例,其中治疗组341例、对照组330例。Meta分析结果显示,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.14,1.32),P<0.00001],治疗组能更好地降低汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分[MD=-3.81,95%CI(-5.63,-1.99),P<0.0001]。共报告20例不良反应/事件,均为轻度不良反应。结论与单纯使用常规抗抑郁药物相比,单用或联合使用小柴胡汤加减治疗抑郁症能获得更好的临床疗效;由于文献质量和数量等因素影响,结论尚待进一步验证。
Objective The literature of randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of depression treated with modified Xiaochaihu Decoction was collected through computer search of Chinese and English databases,whose publication time was from the date of database establishment to April 14,2021. The quality of literature was evaluated with the help of Cochrane reviewers Handbook 6.0 software,and RevMan 5.3 software was used for data processing and analysis.Results Nine RCTs involving 671 patients were finally included in this study,with 341 cases in the treatment group and 330 cases in the control group. Metaanalysis results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group[RR=1.22,95% CI(1.14,1.32),P<0.000 01],and the treatment group could better reduce the HAMD score[MD=-3.81,95% CI(-5.63,-1.99),P<0.000 1].Totally 20 adverse reactions/events were reported,all of which were mild.ConclusionsCompared with the single use of antidepressants,either the single use of modified Xiaochaihu Decoction or the combined use of modified Xiaochaihu Decoction with antidepressants can achieve better clinical efficacy in the treatment of depression. However,due to factors such as the quality and quantity of the collected literature,the conclusion remains to be further validated.
