低温甲醇洗焦油问题分析及处理措施

摘要 携带焦油的合成气经耐硫变换至低温甲醇洗单元,焦油被甲醇吸收且难以解吸,不断在系统内富集,导致出现酸性气深冷器管程堵塞、富H_(2)S甲醇工艺过滤器差压高与冲洗频繁、下游硫磺回收装置产品硫磺发黑等问题,制约煤制氢联合装置长周期运行。通过提高气化装置气化炉二段温度、增设硫磺回收装置甲醇汽化器等措施,有效缓解了装置长周期运行的瓶颈问题。 When tar-carrying syngas goes from sulfur-resistant CO shift unit to Rectisol wash unit,the tar is absorbed by methanol and it is hard to desorb,and it constantly enriches within the system,resulting in such issues as tube-pass blockage in acidic gas cryogenic devices,high differential pressure and frequent need for flushing in rich H_(2)S-enriched methanol process filters,as well as blackened solid sulfur in the downstream sulfur recovery unit.All these are restricting the long-cycle operation of the coal-to-hydrogen production plant.By raising the temperature of the second stage of the gasifier in the gasification unit and adding the methanol carburetor in the sulfur recovery unit,etc.,bottleneck problems confronting the long-cycle operation of the unit have been effectively alleviated.
