摘要
丹江口水利枢纽是汉江流域治理开发保护的关键性控制工程。协调防洪与供水等综合利用任务,优化水库调度运行方式,是实现丹江口水库和南水北调中线工程安全、平稳、高质量运行的重要保障。在系统梳理南水北调中线工程通水以来丹江口水库调度所面临的形势与问题的基础上,以汛期运行水位优化为主线,在切实保障工程及上下游防洪、供水安全的前提下,开展了汛初控制水位优化、汛期运行水位动态控制、汛末提前蓄水等汛期调度运用方式的研究和论证。结果表明:结合来水预报,通过对水库运行条件按照偏于安全的原则进行界定,给予水库汛期运行水位一定的浮动范围,可在减少汛前集中消落和汛期弃水的同时,显著提高丹江口水利枢纽的水资源利用率和后续供水保障能力。研究成果可为提高丹江口水库水资源利用率和供水保障程度提供技术支撑,有利于科学发挥丹江口水利枢纽的综合利用效益。
Danjiangkou Reservoir is a key control project for the harnessing,development and protection of the Hanjiang River Basin.Coordinating the comprehensive utilization tasks such as flood control and water supply by optimizing the reservoir operation scheme,is an important guarantee for the safe,stable and high-quality operation of Danjiangkou Reservoir and the middle route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project(MSNWTP).The situation and problems faced by Danjiangkou Reservoir operation since the water supply of the MSNWTP was systematically analyzed.Taking the optimization of operating water level during the flood season as the core,under the premise of ensuring the flood control and water supply safety of the project and upstream and downstream of Hanjiang River Basin,the dynamic control schemes of operating water level from the beginning to the end of flood season were investigated,including optimization of control water level at the beginning of flood season,dynamic control of water level during flood season,and early water storage at the end of the flood season.The results show that relying on the inflow forecast and giving relative safe operation conditions for the reservoir,rising operating water level in a range in the flood season can significantly improve the utilization rate of water resources and the follow-up water supply guarantee capacity of Danjiangkou Reservoir while reduce the centralized fluctuation before the flood season and the abandoned water in the flood season.The research results can provide technical support for improving the utilization rate of water resources and water supply guarantee degree of Danjiangkou Reservoir,which is conducive to scientifically exerting the comprehensive utilization benefits of Danjiangkou Reservoir.
