摘要
针对一次主变油色谱分析中总烃超出注意值的缺陷,对主变进行停电试验,发现主变变高B相绕组直流电阻偏高的缺陷。经过现场逐步排查及返厂检修,确定缺陷原因为主变变高B相绕组上、下尾端与引线压接位置的导线漆膜未去除彻底,对此采取了相应的维护处理措施,为今后变压器缺陷的定位和隐患排查提供了流程参考。
In allusion to the defect that the total hydrocarbons exceeded the limit in the oil chromatographic analysis on primary transformer,the main transformer was subjected to a power outage test,and a defect of excessive DC resistance of the B-phase winding of the main transformer was found.Based on the gradual onsite investigations and return-to-factory overhaul,it was determinded that the fault was caused by the paint film on the upper and lower end of the B-phase winding and the lead crimping position not completely removed.The corresponding maintenance and treatment measures are taken so as to offer a streamlined reference for the location and troubleshooting of transformer defects in future.
