摘要
结直肠癌作为全球常见的恶性肿瘤之一,具有较高的发病率和死亡率,其发病机制较为复杂,可能与年龄、饮食习惯以及遗传等因素相关。目前外科手术仍为结直肠癌的主要治疗方式。Hedgehog信号通路在胚胎及生长发育期具有重要调节作用,该通路在包括结直肠癌在内的某些实体瘤的发生发展中扮演重要角色。Hedgehog信号通路与结直肠癌的发生机制存在相关性,甚至影响结直肠癌的侵袭能力,同时Hedgehog信号通路也可作为结直肠癌预后的评估指标及治疗靶点。
Colorectal cancer,as one of the most common malignant tumors in the world,has a high morbidity and mortality rate.The pathogenesis of colorectal cancer is complicated and may related to many factors such as age,eating habits and genetics.And up to now,surgery is still the main treatment.The Hedgehog signaling pathway plays a significant role in the growth and development of embryos and adults,which also influences the occurrence and development of certain solid tumors,including colorectal cancer.The Hedgehog signaling pathway is correlated with the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer,and even affects the invasive ability of colorectal cancer.The Hedgehog signaling pathway can be used as a prognostic indicator and the target of targeted therapy of colorectal cancer as well.
