摘要
梳理分析多平台、多项目轨道车辆电气线路绝缘耐压试验用工装的电气接口型式、接线定义及电气回路,提出了通用化工装的顶层设计目标,并研制出接口统一、回路可调、智能管理、简便易用的通用化工装。通用化工装提高了现有工装复用率,降低了各项目试验用工装的制造成本。
The electrical interface types,wiring definitions and electrical circuits of the tooling for electrical insulation withstand voltage tests of multi-platform and multi-project rail vehicles are sorted out and analyzed.The top-level design goal of general test equipment is put forward,and a general chemical equipment with unified interface,adjustable circuit,intelligent management and easy to use is developed.General test tooling improves the reuse rate of existing tooling and reduces the manufacturing cost of test tooling for each project of the company.
