摘要
目的探讨平卧位干预结合时间护理对妇科腹腔镜手术患者的干预效果。方法将115例妇科腹腔镜手术患者根据分层区组随机法分为对照组(58例)和观察组(57例)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受平卧位干预结合时间护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的疼痛率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后24、48 h,两组的舒张压、收缩压均较护理前升高,但观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后2、5 d,两组的SAS、SDS评分均较护理前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论平卧位干预结合时间护理应用于妇科腹腔镜手术患者中,可减轻非切口疼痛程度,稳定血压,缓解术后负性情绪,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of supine position intervention combined with time nursing on patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 115 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopy surgery were divided into control group(58 cases) and observation group(57 cases) according to stratified block random method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received supine position intervention combined with time nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The pain rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).At 24 and 48 h after nursing,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,but those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).On 2 and 5 d after nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The supine position intervention combined with time nursing applied in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery can reduce the degree of nonincision pain,stabilize blood pressure,relieve postoperative negative emotion and reduce the incidence of complications.
