摘要
针对传统乳化炸药加入含能添加剂后存在的相容性和安全性问题,分别采用固体膨胀剂法和液体膨胀剂法研制了一种含能中空微囊,并对其物理性能进行了表征。结果表明:采用固体膨胀剂法和液体膨胀剂法合成的含能微囊均具有较好的表面形貌和中空结构,其平均粒径分别为107.0μm和58.5μm;与4-4-氧代双苯磺酰肼相比,偶氮二甲酰胺更适合用作微囊的固体膨胀剂;液体膨胀剂制备含能中空微囊时,利用高低压差发泡的微囊具有更好的膨胀效果。
Aimed at the compatibility and safety problem of energetic additives in the traditional emulsion explosives,energetic hollow microcapsules were prepared by solid swelling agent and liquid swelling agent,and the physical properties of the energetic hollow microcapsules were characterized.The results show that the energetic microcapsules prepared by the solid swelling agent and liquid swelling agent have good morphologies and hollow structures without agglomeration,the average particle size is 107.0μm and 58.5μm,respectively.The Ac agent is more suitable to be used as the solid swelling agent compared to the OBSH agent,the pressure difference foaming method has better expansion effect for the liquid swelling method.
