摘要
目的:构建适合上海市综合性医院的航空救援飞行护士能力指标体系。方法:以飞行护士能力框架模型为依据,通过文献分析、深入访谈以及德尔菲专家函询,构建适合上海市综合性医院航空救援飞行护士能力指标体系。结果:两轮德尔菲专家函询问卷回收率均为100%,权威程度(Cr)值为0.835。第1轮一级、二级、三级指标肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.212,0.247,0.277(P<0.05);第2轮一级、二级、三级指标肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.263,0.247,0.283(P<0.05),确立了航空救援飞行护士能力指标体系,包括专业理论知识、专业实践技能、专业发展能力、沟通协调能力、管理与执行能力、身心素质6项一级指标、17项二级指标和59项三级指标。结论:构建的航空救援飞行护士能力指标体系具有较高的科学性和有效性,可作为上海市飞行护士的录用、培训和考核的参考指标。
Objective:To construct a capability index system for aviation rescue flight nurses suitable for Shanghai general hospitals.Methods:Based on the competency framework model for flight nurses,through the literature analysis,in-depth interviews,and inquiries from experts in the Delphi method,a competency index system for aviation rescue flight nurses suitable for Shanghai general hospitals was constructed.Results:The questionnaire’s recovery rate of the two rounds of Delphi expert letter was 100%,and the authoritative degree(Cr)value was 0.835.The Kendall’s harmony coefficients of the first-level,second-level,and third-level indicators in the first round were 0.212,0.247,and 0.277,respectively(P<0.05);the Kendall’s harmony coefficients of the first-level,second-level,and thirdlevel indicators in the second round were 0.263,0.247,and 0.283,respectively(P<0.05).The competency index system for aviation rescue flight nurses was established,including 6 first-level indicators(professional theoretical knowledge,practical professional skills,professional development ability,communication and coordination ability,management and execution ability,physical and mental quality),17 secondary indicators,and 59 tertiary indicators.Conclusions:The constructed capability index system for aviation rescue flight nurses was highly scientific and effective,which could be used as a reference index for the recruitment,training,and assessment of flight nurses in Shanghai.
