摘要
实验教学是药学专业课程的重要组成部分。为了适应应用型本科人才培养需要,本文以"阿司匹林制备"为例,在药学专业药物化学课程开展综合性实验,充分发挥综合性实验的趣味性、启发性与探究性,旨在提高学生综合实验能力,逐步培养学生的科学研究意识与能力。通过构建基于"雨课堂"混合式教学模式,以期为实验教学模式提供新思路。通过在本科生中开展相关类型实验,为药学实验改革提供实验基础。
Experimental teaching is an important part of the pharmacy course. In order to meet the needs of application-oriented talent training, we took “preparation of aspirin” as an example aiming to improve the fun, illumination and inquiry of comprehensive experiment, in which comprehensive experiment ability could be strengthened and scientific research spirit and ability were cultivated gradually. We proposed to construct a mixed teaching mode of “rain classroom” which could provide new ideas for experimental teaching mode. The results of this experiment lay the experimental foundation for pharmacy experimental reform.
