摘要
本文建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)同时测定一次性可降解餐饮具中11种特定金属元素含量的分析方法。以HNO;-H;O;(6︰2)作为酸消解体系,并加入一定量的金元素用于提高汞的稳定性,采用微波消解法对样品进行消解,外标法定量测定。各元素均呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数在0.99969~0.99998之间,方法检出限在0.006~0.128mg/kg之间,加标回收率为81.3%~110.7%,精密度在0.93%~3.91%之间。该方法操作简便,检出限低,准确度高,适用于同时测定一次性可降解餐饮具中11种金属元素含量。
A method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established for the simultaneous determination of 11 kinds of specific metal elements in disposable degradable tableware.HNO;-H;O;(6︰2)was used as the acid digestion system,and a certain amount of gold element was added to improve the stability of mercury.The sample was digested by microwave digestion and quantitatively determined by external standard method.The detection limits of the method ranged from 0.006 mg/kg to 0.128 mg/kg.The spiked recoveries were 81.3%~110.7%,and the precision was 0.93%~3.91%.The method is simple,low detection limit and high accuracy.It is suitable for simultaneous determination of 11 kinds of metal elements in disposable degradable tableware.
