摘要
沉香为瑞香科沉香属植物白木香和同属植物沉香含树脂的木材,沉香叶为沉香的非药用部位,其相关研究还很少。据研究,沉香叶中多含有氨基酸、酚类黄酮、苷类黄酮、三萜类黄酮及多糖等成分,具有抗炎镇痛多种生理活性。沉香叶具有抗肿瘤、抗炎等多种作用,可用于治疗便秘、出血及脑缺血等疾病,而且沉香叶的产量非常大,其开发利用前景非常广。沉香叶属属于无毒级物质;三项遗传毒性试验结果均为阴性,且未见遗传毒性作用。因此,沉香叶是一种有很大前景的资源,值得进一步开发其药用价值。为了促进沉香叶更广泛深入的研究及综合开发利用,本文对沉香叶的化学成分、药理作用以及产品开发利用现状进行综述,为沉香的综合利用研究提供参考。
Agarwood is a resinous wood of Aquilaria and Agarwood in the same genus of Aquilaria.Agarwood leaves are the non-medicinal parts of Aquilaria.There are few related researches.According to research,agarwood leaves mostly contain amino acids,phenolic flavonoids,glycoside flavonoids,triterpenoid flavonoids and polysaccharides,which have a variety of anti-inflammatory and analgesic physiological activities.Agarwood leaves have various effects such as anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory,and can be used to treat diseases such as constipation,hemorrhage and cerebral ischemia.Moreover,the output of Agarwood leaves is very large,and its development and utilization prospects are very broad.Agarwood is a non-toxic substance;the results of the three genotoxicity tests were all negative,and no genotoxic effects were seen.Therefore,agarwood leaf is a promising resource and it is worthy of further development of its medicinal value.In order to promote more extensive and in-depth research and comprehensive development and utilization of agarwood leaves,this article reviews the chemical components,pharmacological effects and product development and utilization status of agarwood leaves to provide references for the comprehensive utilization of agarwood.
