摘要
随着市场化进程的不断加深,食品安全问题越来越明显。食品从生产到消费经过多个环节,因此食品安全管理的难度较高。由于食品安全问题较复杂,需要基于财务管理视角,从整个食品供应链的角度对食品安全问题进行控制。为保障食品安全,相关部门应建立健全的安全保障体系,并加强食品安全管理效率,减少各类事故的发生率。
With the deepening of marketization,the problem of food safety is becoming more and more obvious.Food goes through many links from production to consumption,so food safety management is more difficult.Due to the complexity of food safety issues,it is necessary to control food safety issues from the perspective of the whole food supply chain from the perspective of financial management.In order to ensure food safety,relevant departments should establish and improve the safety assurance system,strengthen the efficiency of food safety management and reduce the incidence of various accidents.
