摘要
运用文献资料法、实地考察法和专家访谈法,探究新发展格局和自由贸易港背景下海南体育产业高质量发展的困境与对策。新发展格局和自由贸易港能够产生巨大的带动效应,为海南体育产业高质量发展提供政策支持、要素投入、科技驱动等。但在具体实践中,面临主体关系有待协调、体育基础设施落后、体育人力资源不足、体育消费不够旺盛、资源禀赋未充分利用等困境。提出发展对策:创新多元治理体制机制,协同推进供需两侧改革,打造高效活力体育市场,构建现代体育产业体系,合理布局区域联动发展,着力提升体育服务贸易。
By using the methods of literature review,field investigation and expert interview,this paper explored the difficulty and countermeasures of the high-quality development of Hainan sports industty under a new development pattern and the Hainan free trade port.The new development pattern and free trade port can have a huge driving effect and provide policy support,factor input,and technology drive for the highquality development of Hainan sports industry.However,in practice,it is faced with such difficulties as the subjective relationships needing to be coordinated,backward sports infrastructure,insufficient sports human resources,insufficient sports consumption,and underutilization of resource endowments.Development countermeasures:We need to innovate diversified governance systems and mechanisms,coordinate reforms on both sides of supply and demand,create an efficient and dynamic sports market,build a modern sports industty system,rationally lay out regional joint development,and focus on improving sports service trade.
