摘要
本文针对高硫铝土矿焙烧脱硫精矿溶出效果差的生产现状,通过影响因素分析确定了石灰为主要影响因素,通过实验研究了石灰乳细度、不同添加方式、不同矿粉磨制比例等对溶出效果的影响,并在工业生产中得到了验证,改善了生产技术指标。对焙烧脱硫精矿溶出工艺设计和工业生产具有一定的指导意义。
In view of the production status of poor digestion effect of the baked desulfurized concentrate from high-sulfur bauxite,lime is identified as the main influencing factor through the analysis of influencing factors.The effects of lime milk fineness,different addition methods and different grinding proportion of ore powder on the digestion effect are studied through experiments,which have been verified in industrial production,the production technical indexes have also been improved.It has certain guiding significance for the digestion process design and industrial production of the baked desulfurized bauxite concentrate.
