摘要
目的:初步分析《外台秘要》中治疗发秃方剂的用药思路和规律。方法:采用归纳总结、对比分析、数据整理、频次分析等方法整理《外台秘要》中治疗发秃的方剂。结果:在《外台秘要·卷第三十二·头发秃落方一十九首》中有18首相关方剂,共45味药,单味药频次最高为猪膏,其次为白芷、附子、防风、麻子、细辛、桂心等。结论:《外台秘要》中治疗发秃以祛风、润燥为主,常用多种祛风药配合滋阴润燥药如猪膏等,其次是清热、祛湿药,常用清热解毒药。
Objective:To make a preliminary analysis of the thinking and characteristics of the prescription for the treatment of alopecia in Waitai Miyao.Methods:The methods of summary,comparative analysis,data collation and frequency analysis were used to collate the prescriptions for treating baldness in Waitai Miyao.Results:There were 18 related prescriptions in the book Waitai Miyao Bald hair Prescription 19”,a total of 45 herbs,the highest frequency of single herbs was piggy ointment,followed by angelica dahurica,Aconite,parsnip,sesame seed,Asarum,Cinnamon heart,etc.Conclusion:The treatment of alopecia is mainly to dispel wind and moisten dryness,and a variety of dispelling wind medicines are commonly used in combination with nourishing Yin and moistening dryness medicines such as pig ointment,followed by clearing heat,removing dampness,and clearing heat antidote.
