摘要
对双重曲柄滑块机构进行矢量分析,得到封闭矢量方程。通过离散傅里叶变换,用傅氏级数对该机构的输出进行表示,结合机构的封闭矢量方程建立双重曲柄滑块机构函数综合设计方程。通过求解方程,得出双重曲柄滑块机构的函数综合设计参数的计算通式。通过仿真程序对综合所得的机构进行验证,最终得到满足设计需求的设计参数。以双重曲柄滑块机构函数综合应用实例对该方法的有效性和可行性进行了验证。
The vector analysis of double crank-slider mechanism is carried out and the closed vector equation is obtained.Through discrete Fourier transform,the output of the mechanism is expressed by Fourier series.Combined with the closed vector equation of the mechanism,the function synthesis design equation of double crank-slider mechanism is established.By solving the equation,the general formula of design parameters for function synthesis of double crank-slider mechanism is obtained.The simulation program is used to verify the synthesized mechanism,and the design parameters that fit the design requirements are obtained.A comprehensive application example of double crank-slider mechanism function is given to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
