摘要
目的分析在急性脑梗死治疗过程中应用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林及阿托伐他汀治疗方案的临床疗效。方法选择2018年1月至2020年1月高州市人民医院收治的急性脑梗死患者300例展开临床调查。将入组患者按照双盲法随机分为两组,对照组(阿司匹林与阿托伐他汀治疗)与研究组(在对照组基础上应用氯吡格雷治疗)每组150例。对两组临床疗效、颈动脉粥样硬化斑块面积及厚度、凝血功能相关指标以及不良反应发生情况展开对比分析。结果就临床治疗总有效率来看,研究组(84.67%)明显高于对照组(62.00%)(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组颈动脉粥样硬化斑块面积及厚度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);分析两组患者PT、APTT以及FIB水平可知,治疗后研究组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察不良反应发生情况可知,研究组(5.33%)与对照组(6.67%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林及阿托伐他汀治疗方案的应用,能够明显提高急性脑梗死临床治疗效果,且安全性较高。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel combined with aspirin and atorvastatin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 300 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Gaozhou People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected for clinical investigation.The enrolled patients were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method:control group(aspirin and atorvastatin treatment)and study group(clopidogrel treatment on the basis of the control group)with 150 patients in each group.Clinical efficacy,carotid atherosclerotic plaque area and thickness,coagulation function related indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In terms of the total effective rate of clinical treatment,the study group(84.67%)was significantly higher than the control group(62.00%),P<0.05;after treatment,the area and thickness of carotid atherosclerotic plaque in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Analysis of PT,APTT and FIB levels in 2 groups showed that after treatment,the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of ADR between the study group(5.33%)and the control group(6.67%),P>0.05.Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with aspirin and atorvastatin can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of acute cerebral infarction,with high safety.
