摘要
目的:探讨急诊护理路径干预对急性脑卒中患者睡眠质量和治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取2020年2月至2020年12月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的急性脑卒中患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行急诊护理路径,比较2组的睡眠质量和治疗依从性。结果:入院24 h、入院3 d、入院7 d,观察组患者的睡眠质量均优于对照组;经评估,观察组的依从性显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将急诊护理路径运用在急性脑卒中患者的临床护理上优势显著,既可以改善患者的睡眠质量,又可以提高患者的治疗依从性,故值得进一步推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of emergency nursing path intervention on sleep quality and treatment compliance of patients with acute stroke.Methods:A total of 84 patients with acute stroke admitted to the People′s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received emergency care.The sleep quality and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared.Results:24 hours after admission,3 days after admission,and 7 days after admission,the sleep quality of patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant.After assessing the treatment compliance,the observation group′s compliance was significantly higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of emergency care pathways in the clinical care of patients with acute stroke has significant advantages.It can not only improve the sleep quality of patients,but also improve the compliance of patients with treatment,so it is worthy of further promotion.
